Welcome to Windward! My name is Courtney and I’m so excited you’re here !! After over 13 years in the beauty industry, I have made the decision to start Windward with two of my good friends and we are absolutely thrilled for this next chapter! I have a background of Aveda education and advanced education throughout my whole career. I have perfected my craft by visual techniques and I pride myself on efficiency. I specialize in color, highlights, and cuts. I am devoted to making my clients feel comfortable when they are sitting in my chair from start to finish. I am very passionate about complimenting my guests personality with the perfect cut and color. I am constantly inspired by my clients, you are the reason I wake up everyday! 24 hour cancellation policy. I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
